West Indies Aim to Defend 2012 Title as the Super 10 Begins March 21 from Bangladesh

ESPN Caribbean continues to air exclusive coverage of the fifth I.C.C. World Twenty20 (T20) competition with the Super 10 commencing March 21 from Bangladesh. The day-night matches will air live from cricketing arenas in Dhaka and Chittagong via the ESPN Caribbean television network, as well as on ESPN Play (www.espnplay.com) — ESPN’s multiscreen live and on-demand broadband service.

The two Group Stage winners will advance to the Super 10 with the Group A Winner and hosts, Bangladesh, entering Group 2, which consists of the reigning champions, West Indies, as well as Australia, India and Pakistan. The Winner of Group B will enter Group 1 alongside England, New Zealand, South Africa and 2012 beaten finalist, Sri Lanka. The top two from each Group will proceed to the Semi-Finals, beginning April 3, en route to the Finals on April 6.

Following the Super 10, the subsequent knockout stages for both the Men and Women will also be aired exclusively by ESPN Caribbean, with cricket analysts Barry Wilkinson and the legendary Colin Croft hosting the ESPN Cricket Report as a prelude to selected match-days and in between double-headers. ESPN Cricket Final post-match show will also air daily to recap the match-day’s highlights.
