ESPN Caribbean Presents the 2021 College Football Playoff National Championship: Alabama Crimson Tide vs. Ohio State Buckeyes

The 2021 College Football Playoff National Championship will feature Alabama Crimson Tide vs. Ohio State Buckeyes on Monday, January 11 at 8 p.m. ET from the Hard Rock Stadium at Miami Gardens, Florida. The game will air live exclusively on ESPN Caribbean and stream live on ESPN App. ESPN App will also offer exclusive live streaming of pregame and postgame action.

Top-ranked Alabama advances to the CFP National Championship for the fifth time in six seasons with awards-winning quarterback Mac Jones, wide receiver DeVonta Smith, and the offensive line unit. The Crimson Tide will be facing No. 3 ranked Ohio State Buckeyes and his quarterback leader Justin Fields, who owns the Sugar Bowl record for six passing touchdowns. This is the Buckeyes’ first trip to the championship since winning the inaugural CFP crown in 2015.

The Crimson Tide seeks its 16th national championship, the most in the AP poll era, and second-most in college football history, and coach Nick Saban would win his seventh national title in the past 16 years, including six at Alabama. The Buckeyes are 23-1 in coach Ryan Day’s second season, and after waiting 34 years to win a national title, Ohio State can win its third since 2002.

ESPN will provide comprehensive coverage of the CFP 7th edition on its news and information platforms, including SportsCenter, broadcasting content with several guest commentators, analysts and talents.
