Fans in the Caribbean can experience exclusive coverage of the 2022 ICC Women’s World Cup
• After a year delay, Caribbean fans can enjoy the Women’s ODI World Cup 12th edition

ESPN Caribbean presents live and exclusive action of this year’s ICC ODI World Cup. West Indies will begin their quest for the championship against host New Zealand at the Bay Oval on March 3 at 8 p.m. ET. The White Ferns are looking to replicate their success from the last time they played World Cup host in 2000 when they won their only title.
Defending Champions England will face off Friday night against the tournament favorites, top ranked Australia. Bangladesh will be making their first ever Women’s World Cup appearance beginning their campaign on Friday evening against a strong South Africa team. 2017 Tournament runner-up India will face off against rival Pakistan on Saturday night.
Being the hosts qualified New Zealand. Australia, England, South Africa and India earned their spots by finishing among the top five teams in the Women’s Championship between 2017 and 2021. Following the cancellation of the Qualifier in 2021 due to the global pandemic, the final three spots, Pakistan, West Indies, and Bangladesh, were determined by the ICC ODI rankings.
The Tournament features a round robin format with each team playing each other twice. The last round robin stage is on March 28. The semi-finals will be held on March 29 and March 30 with the Final scheduled for April 2.
Six venues will play host to the 31 matches in the women’s cricket world cup this year: Eden Park in Auckland, Hagley Oval in Christchurch, University Oval in Dunedin, Seddon Park in Hamilton, Bay Oval in Mount Maunganui and the Basin Reserve in Wellington. The semi-finals will be played in Wellington and Christchurch, the latter is also hosting the final.
Matches will broadcast on ESPN Caribbean television network; all stats and information are live on www.espncricinfo.com
