ESPN will deliver comprehensive live coverage of the 2025 U.S. Open, golf’s third major of the year, beginning Thursday, June 12, with the First Round. Coverage will air across ESPN, ESPN2 and ESPN on Disney+.  

The 125th edition of the U.S. Open Golf Championship, organized by USGA, will be broadcast live from the historic Oakmont Country Club in Oakmont, Pennsylvania, marking the tournament’s 10th visit to the venue. The 72-hole stroke play tournament will continue through Sunday, June 15. 

The field includes many of the game’s top stars, including world-class champions like current world No. 1 Scottie Scheffler, 2024 U.S. Open winner Bryson DeChambeau, four-time major winner Rory McIlroy, and Olympic gold medalist Xander Schauffele. Scheffler enters as the betting favorite, DeChambeau looks to defend his 2024 crown, and McIlroy continues his quest to capture his fifth major title.
