ESPN PLAYER TO FEATURE FORMULA E SEASON-FINALE

ESPN Player will deliver live and on-demand coverage of the final race of the Formula E Season in London to fans in the Middle East, North Africa and Europe including Russia, Ukraine, Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Having raced at iconic street circuits across the globe in some of the world’s greatest cities including Beijing, Buenos Aires, Paris and Berlin, the FIA Formula E Championship will take place in Battersea Park, London, on July 2 and July 3, for the conclusion of the 2015/16 season.

Drivers including racing stars Bruno Senna, Jean-Eric Vergne, Sebastien Buemi, Nelson Piquet Jr and Nick Heidfeld will take on one of the world’s trickiest circuits. Rounds 10 and 11 of the FIA Formula E Championship will run back-to-back over the weekend, each day with a practice and qualifying session and race.

Available on desktop, iPad and Samsung Smart TVs, ESPN Player’s coverage will bring viewers all the action from both races, where either Lucas di Grassi or Buemi will succeed Piquet Jr. as the champion of the world’s first all-electric single-seater series.
