College Football Analyst, SEC Network

DJ Shockley joined SEC Network in 2017 and is currently a studio and game analyst, joining Dave Neal and Dawn Davenport on SEC Network afternoon games throughout the fall.

Prior to ESPN, Shockley served as an analyst for Raycom, Big Ten Network, WSB-TV (Atlanta), and the Atlanta Falcons.

The University of Georgia graduate was a standout quarterback for the Bulldogs, earning All-SEC First Team All-Academic, First Team All-SEC, and MVP honors during the 2005 SEC Championship game. He also won the FCA Bobby Bowden Football Player of the Year Award, which is awarded to a football student-athlete who ‘conducts himself as a faith model in the classroom, on the field, on campus and in the community.’

He currently resides in Buford, Ga., with his wife and two children.
