Jonathan Givony is an NBA Draft expert and the founder and co-owner of DraftExpress.com, a private scouting and analytics service utilized by NBA, NCAA and International teams. Givony joined ESPN in July of 2017 to spearhead ESPN’s NBA Draft and international basketball coverage.

Prior to ESPN, Givony founded DraftExpress.com (2003-2017), which was regarded as the industry leader for all info revolving the NBA Draft. He has covered the NBA Draft on a year-round, full-time basis since 2003, attending virtually every major tournament, camp, workout, Combine or other type of gathering featuring present or future NBA prospects, whether in the US or worldwide. He has a deep stable of global contacts in his network from the NBA, college, international and high school due to his nearly twenty years in the business.

He previously wrote for the Vertical under Yahoo! Sports, and has had bylines in the New York Times, Grantland, Sports Illustrated, NBA.com and other outlets.
