MLB Senior Writer
Keith Law joined ESPN in June of 2006 as a writer covering MLB draft prospects on ESPN.com. Every MLB offseason, Law ranks the top minor league talent in his highly-anticipated top prospects feature. The project began in 2008 with the Top 100 list and has grown into a multi-week rollout including rankings by team, position, farm systems and more. In addition to ESPN.com, Law appears on ESPN’s MLB studio programming to provide draft and prospect perspective.
Law’s first book, Smart Baseball, will be out in April 2017 from Harper Collins. In addition to his baseball work, Law also reviews board games for Paste Magazine and discusses food, literature and other media on his personal blog The Dish.
Prior to joining ESPN, Law spent just over four years as the special assistant to the general manager of the Toronto Blue Jays. Before that he wrote for Baseball Prospectus. Law completed his undergraduate degree at Harvard College and received his MBA from Carnegie Mellon.
