College Football Studio Analyst
Mark Sanchez joins ESPN in 2019 after a decade in the NFL. The veteran quarterback is now a studio analyst for college football, working alongside Kevin Negandhi and Jon Vilma on ABC Saturdays. He also contributes to other ESPN shows, including College Football Live, Get Up and SportsCenter.
Sanchez played quarterback for Southern California from 2005-08, leading the Trojans to a Rose Bowl victory in his junir season and capping a 13-win campaign, which place the Pac-12 team third in the final AP Top 25 poll. In the New Year’s Day victory, Sanchez threw for 413 yards and four touchdowns – earning Rose Bowl MVP in his final college game. He was selected fifth overall by the New York Jets in the 2009 NFL Draft and led them to the AFC championship game in his first two seasons. Sanchez also had stints with the Eagles, Cowboys and Redskins during his 10-year NFL career.
