In 2024, McConville was promoted to Vice President of Production. He currently oversees the 7 a.m. ET edition of SportsCenter, Get Up, and First Take.

From 2018–2023, McConville worked on Get Up, adding oversight of This Just In and First Take to his responsibilities during that time. Later that year, he transitioned to ESPN’s NBA production team, where he manages NBA Today, NBA Countdown, and the NBA Draft.
