Tom DeCorte

Coordinating Producer
ESPN veteran Tom DeCorte is Coordinating Producer for SportsCenter with Scott Van Pelt, a program he helped create in 2015. He also leads the production of the ESPN programs ESPN Bet Live and Fantasy Football Now.
DeCorte joined ESPN in March of 2000 as a production assistant and was promoted to an associate producer role two years later. From 2006 to 2010, he was a highlights supervisor, managing the ESPN highlights and screening area for Studio Production, with an emphasis on college football and NFL. As a producer between 2010 and 2019, he produced Baseball Tonight and the 11 p.m. and morning editions of SportsCenter, in addition to helping launch Van Pelt’s solo edition of SportsCenter.
He is graduate of Xavier University, where he served as editor in chief of the Xavier Newswire. He began his television career as a sports producer at WKRC-TV, the CBS affiliate in Cincinnati, Ohio.
DeCorte is a native of Detroit and resides in Connecticut.
