Tristan H. Cockcroft is a Senior Fantasy Writer for ESPN, specializing in fantasy baseball and football, with previous experience covering fantasy hockey and sports betting. 

Currently with ESPN, Cockcroft creates and analyzes projections for ESPN’s daily and weekly fantasy baseball content and produces signature content during fantasy football season, including matchup rankings and defense/special teams breakdowns.

A member of the Fantasy Sports Writers Association (FSWA) Hall of Fame (Class of 2012), Cockcroft is also a three-time finalist for FSWA Fantasy Baseball Writer of the Year. He has won six fantasy baseball experts league championships, including two titles in the League of Alternative Baseball Reality (LABR) and four in Tout Wars. 

He previously co-hosted ESPN’s Fantasy Focus Baseball podcast alongside ESPN Senior Fantasy Sports Writer Eric Karabell.

Prior to joining ESPN, he served as a Senior Fantasy Baseball Writer for CBS Sports (2000–2004) and worked as both Art Director and Fantasy Baseball Writer for Preview Sports Magazines.

Cockcroft holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from The College of New Jersey.
