As ESPN’s 24-hour college sports network, ESPNU is all BCS all the time leading into the Allstate BCS National Championship on Thursday, Jan. 9. ESPNU will cover the No.1 and No.2 rematch from every angle with 23 consecutive hours of BCS themed programming beginning Sunday, Jan. 8 at 8 p.m. ET and concluding with the immediate re-air of the championship matchup at the conclusion of the game.

January 8 ESPNU programming highlights:

  • The Experts: Allstate BCS National Championship Edition (New Orleans)-  Rece Davis hosts an in-depth discussion around the BCS National Championship with a panel of ESPN experts: Lou Holtz, David Pollack, Desmond Howard, Todd Blackledge and Mark May
  • Palmer & Pollack: Allstate BCS National Championship Edition (Champions Square, New Orleans) – In its second road show of the debut season, the hosts, both former BCS bowl winning players, will air their final show of the season live from Champions Square just outside the Mercedes-Benz Superdome
  • BCS Countdown: BCS National Championship Pregame (Champions Square, New Orleans) – Dari Nowkhah hosts a 2-hour special live from Champions Square providing the ultimate access and analysis to the BCS National Championship. He will be joined by Mike Bellotti, Rod Gilmore, Jesse Palmer and David Pollack. Tom Rinaldi, Wendi Nix and Erin Andrews will provide team reports
  • Road to the Allstate BCS National Championship: Alabama Football and Road to the Allstate BCS National Championship: LSU Football  Dari  Nowkhah is joined by Matt Stinchcomb, with special breakdown from former Auburn offensive coordinator and new Arkansas State head coach Gus Malzahn as ESPNU relives the best Alabama and LSU moments, plays, and features of the season
