Television Schedule Set for Fourth Annual ESPNHS National High School Invitational Basketball Tournament
15 Hours of Game Action on ESPN, ESPN2 and ESPNU
The ESPNHS National High School Invitational (NHSI) basketball tournament – 10 games of boys’ and girls’ single-elimination tournaments with some of the nation’s top teams – will air live on ESPN networks Thursday – Saturday, March 29-31 from the campus of Georgetown Preparatory School in Bethesda, Md. Six games will air on ESPNU with three on ESPN2 and the Boy’s Championship on ESPN from the school’s Hanley Center for Athletic Excellence. The fourth annual event is produced by ESPN in conjunction with Paragon Marketing Group.
Adam Amin will call the boys’ games with Paul Biancardi, ESPN’s national director of high school basketball recruiting, providing analysis and David Telep reporting from the sidelines. Former Duke star Abby Waner will serve as analyst for the girls telecasts with Eamon McAnaney handling play-by-play duties. Participating teams will be announced at a later date.

About ESPNHS National High School Invitational
The ESPNHS National High School Invitational (formerly ESPN RISE NHSI) launched in 2009 at Georgetown Prep in Bethesda, Md. The 2009 boys tournament was won by Findlay Prep with the girls tournament won by Seton Keough. The second annual tournament was held at Coppin State University’s Physical Education Complex in Baltimore with Findlay Prep retaining the title and the Peddie School claiming the girls title. In 2011, Montrose Christian won the boys title in double overtime while Dr. Phillips won the girls championship.
