ESPNU Signing Day Special — Girls’ No. 1 Recruit A’ja Wilson’s Decision, Interviews with Boys’ No. 2 Recruit Myles Turner and Top Signees
A’ja Wilson, No. 1 on espnW HoopGurlz Top 100, will announce her college decision on ESPNU Signing Day Special on Wednesday, April 16, at 3 p.m. on ESPNU. The 6’5’’ forward will choose between Connecticut, Tennessee, North Carolina and South Carolina. Top available boys’ recruit Myles Turner, No. 2 on ESPN 100, will be interviewed during the one-hour special as he continues to debate his college choice. Matt Schick hosts alongside recruiting director Paul Biancardi and college basketball analyst Jeff Goodman.
Top signees on the ESPN 100 will also be interviewed throughout the one-hour special, including No. 1 Jahlil Okafor (Duke), No. 3 Cliff Alexander (Kansas), No. 4 Tyus Jones (Duke), No. 6 Trey Lyles (Kentucky), No. 8 Justin Jackson (North Carolina), No. 9 Karl Towns Jr. (Kentucky), No. 10 Theo Pinson (North Carolina), and No. 11 Kelly Oubre (Kansas). Each signee, and Turner, will participate in the Jordan Brand Classic on Friday, April 18, at 7 p.m. on ESPN2 and ESPN3, their final high school game.
Biancardi and Goodman will evaluate the incoming freshman class for college basketball’s top programs which features interviews with Kentucky head coach John Calipari and Baylor head coach Scott Drew.
