H.S. Football: USC, Tennessee & Texas Tech Commits Highlight Two Game Slate

Third-Ranked Dual-Threat Quarterback, Wide Receiver, and Offensive Tackle Showcased
The 2014 GEICO ESPN High School Football Showcase continues this weekend featuring three top recruits who have verbally committed to the University of Southern California, Tennessee, and Texas Tech. Each of the three student-athletes are ranked number three at their position (ESPN 300).
No. 3 dual-threat quarterback Jarrett Stidham (No. 38 overall) and Stephensville (Texas) will host Lubbock Cooper (Texas) on Thursday, Sept. 18, at 9 p.m. ET in a rematch of the 2013 Texas 3A Division 1 State Playoffs. Stidham has verbally committed to Texas Tech.
McEachern (Ga.) vs. Lovejoy (Ga.) on Friday, Sept. 19, at 8 p.m. on ESPNU will be highlighted by three players in the ESPN 300, including the third-ranked offensive tackle and wide receiver. No. 3 offensive tackle Chuma Edoga (No. 20 overall), a Southern Cal commit, and junior defensive tackle Julian Rochester (No. 100) suit-up for McEachern. No. 3 wide receiver Preston Williams (No. 33), a Tennessee commit, leads Lovejoy in the intrastate matchup.
