Longhorn Network Offers Alternate View for Bowl Game

2014 AdvoCare V100 Texas Bowl Alternative View: Longhorn Legends Living Room

On Monday, Dec. 29 at 8 p.m. CT Longhorn Network will provide an alternate viewing option for the 2014 AdvoCare V100 Texas Bowl: Texas vs. Arkansas game airing on ESPN. LHN will air 2014 AdvoCare V100 Texas Bowl Alternate View: Longhorn Legends Living Room live from its Austin studio for a UT fan-centric audience. The special will feature Longhorn legends David Thomas and Tony Brackens and Texas GameDay analysts Ahmad Brooks, Ricky Williams and Vince Young.

Kevin Dunn will host the viewing experience as if fans were watching it in a living room full of Texas stars. Along with instant analysis and reactions, the legends will answer Twitter questions, and be joined by surprise guests.

In previous years, LHN has offered alternate bowl game views that include “Skycast” (2012) and “Command Center” (2013). This will mark the first studio focused alternate view for the network. The traditional game telecast – featuring Dave Pasch, Brian Griese and Tom Luginbill reporting – will be available on ESPN.
