X Games Aspen Showcases Enhanced Festival Village Experience

World-class Musical Performances, Major League Gaming and Enhanced Interactive Elements Highlight Spectator Experience

X Games Aspen 2015 will offer an amplified youth culture experience for fans of all ages to enjoy from January 22-25 at Buttermilk Mountain. In addition to witnessing the talents of the world’s best action sports athletes compete for X Games gold and prize money, X Games Aspen will feature four festival villages that will blend globally-recognized and award-winning musical artists with interactive gaming, photo booths and more.

The X Games Aspen festival villages will include:

GALLERIA

Thursday-Saturday from 11 a.m.-7 p.m.; Sunday from 10 a.m.-4 p.m.

From free giveaways to athlete autograph signings, the Galleria will provide a variety of interactive and fun entertainment. Fans will have the opportunity to personalize their own records at the X Games Spin Art tent, jam out to live DJ’s performing all weekend from the awards stage, check out the latest gear from popular brands and win giveaways.

SOUND FACTORY

Follows concert venue hours

Music returns to the base of Buttermilk Mountain with a new and enhanced venue to create a complete event experience for X Games fans. The Sound Factory features creative ways to share your X Games Aspen music experience with the social world. Fans will have a selection of food and drink while enjoying concerts by the hottest artists, including Snoop Dogg, Chromeo, Skrillex and Wiz Khalifa. Tickets are available for purchase at www.XGames.com/tickets. Shows will be streamed live exclusively on ESPN3.

GAMING SHACK

Thursday-Saturday from 11 a.m.-7 p.m.; Sunday from 10 a.m.-4 p.m.

The Gaming Shack is the hub for all things gaming, including the MLG X Games Aspen Counter Strike: Global Offensive Invitational, where you can watch the world’s best gamers compete under the tent for huge prizes and X Games gold. Meet the gamers and immerse yourself in the world of eSports or check out the impressive technology in the partner activation tents. PLAYGROUND

Thursday-Saturday from 11 a.m.- 9 p.m.; Sunday from 10 a.m.-4 p.m.

Take a turn in the ESPN Sport Zone featuring Slap Shot Hockey where fans can wind back and smash the puck, compete against friends in Basketball Double Shot and the Football QB Pass Game is a must for football fans of all ages. The Playground also features a Winter Snow Garden filled with frozen works of art, the GO PUCK RC Snowmobile Track for the ultimate snowmobile experience and a nighttime LED Cornhole tournament set to entertain into the late hours of X Games competitions.
