Longhorn Network celebrates the tenth anniversary of Texas football’s National Championship win through the eyes of key participants on Monday, Jan. 4 at 7 p.m. CT, with Longhorn Legends Living Room. Former Texas head coach Mack Brown, Vince Young, David Thomas, Aaron Ross, Michael Huff and Kasey Studdard are reunited in the LHN studios to watch the Texas 41-38 victory over USC together for the first time.

Throughout the three-hour telecast, the legendary Longhorns share anecdotes, insights and behind-the-scenes recollections from the victory.

“The 2005 National Championship game is widely recognized as one of the best college football games in history,” said Stacie McCollum, ESPN senior director, programming.  “The Legends ‘Living Room’, which LHN created last year as an alternate bowl viewing experience, provides a unique opportunity for fans to relive the nostalgia of UT’s win over USC alongside the Legends that brought the Championship to the 40 Acres.”

Also in celebration of the memorable championship, LHN is hosting a fan sweepstakes on www.LHN.fanappz.com until Sunday, Jan. 3.  Fans can enter for a chance to win a treasure trove of Longhorn memorabilia, autographed by the Longhorn Legends participating in the Living Room viewing of the game. A winner will be announced in the second half of the telecast.
