
The Seattle Mariners will return to ESPN’s Sunday Night Baseball presented by Taco Bell for the first time since 2004 as they visit the National League Central-leading Chicago Cubs at Wrigley Field on July 31, at 8 p.m. ET. The Mariners – led by MLB All-Star Robinson Cano – will face a star-studded Cubs team, highlighted by their All-Star infield of Anthony Rizzo, Ben Zobrist, Addison Russell and Kris Bryant. The Mariners last appeared on Sunday Night Baseball, June 6, 2004 vs. the Chicago White Sox.
Sunday Night Baseball presented by Taco Bell airs each week at 8 p.m. on ESPN, ESPN Deportes, ESPN Radio ESPN Deportes Radio and WatchESPN. The voice of Sunday Night Baseball, Dan Shulman, will provide commentary for Mariners vs. Cubs alongside analysts Aaron Boone and Jessica Mendoza and reporter Buster Olney.
Baseball Tonight: Sunday Night Countdown presented by Chevrolet will precede the game at 7 p.m. Karl Ravech will serve as the host with analyst Dallas Braden and reporter Tim Kurkjian.
The 2016 Sunday Night Baseball presented by Taco Bell schedule, through July 31, has featured 16 MLB teams.
On deck: the Boston Red Sox and All-Star David Ortiz will visit the New York Yankees and All-Star Carlos Beltran in an American League East battle on July 17.
