This Weekend on ESPN Radio: College GameDay in Pasadena, Top-25 College Football Matchups, NFL Doubleheader and More

Also: Steve Smith Sr. makes his Mike & Mike debut Monday

ESPN Radio will have live action from college football, the NFL and MLB this weekend, kicking off tonight from Bobby Dodd Stadium in Atlanta with Georgia Tech hosting No. 5 Clemson at 6:30 p.m. ET. Bill Rosinski, analyst David Norrie and Ian Fitzsimmons will call the action.

On Saturday, Sept. 24, ESPN Radio will be live from Pasadena, Calif., with ESPN Radio’s College GameDay, from noon – 7 p.m. ET.  The show — hosted Doug Kezirian, Brad Edwards and Trevor Matich, with contributors Maria Taylor, Joey Galloway, Andrea Adelson and Heather Dinich — will be at the Rose Bowl in advance of UCLA hosting No. 7 Stanford. Also that morning, No. 12 Georgia will visit No. 23 Ole Miss in an SEC matchup at 11 a.m. Rosinski, Norrie and Fitzsimmons will call the game from Vaught-Hemingway Stadium in Oxford, Miss.

The NFL takes center stage on Sunday, Sept. 25, with ESPN Radio’s third doubleheader of the season — the Washington Redskins at New York Giants at noon, followed by the San Francisco 49ers at the Seattle Seahawks at 4 p.m. Marc Kestecher, analyst Shaun O’Hara and reporter Dave Shore will call the early game, with Adam Amin, analyst Mark Schlereth and reporter John Clayton teaming to describe the action in the second game.

Also this weekend, the MLB continues its march toward the post season, and ESPN Radio will broadcast two games. On Saturday, Sept. 24, at 12:30 p.m., the Chicago Cubs — owners of baseball’s best record and led by National League MVP candidate Kris Bryant — host the St. Louis Cardinals and Yadier Molina. The series continues on Sunday, Sept. 25, at 7 p.m. Dan Shulman and analyst Chris Singleton will describe the action in Saturday’s game, while Jon Sciambi and Singleton team for the Sunday game.

On Monday, Sept. 26, Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Steve Smith Sr. will make his debut on Mike & Mike, appearing from 8 – 10 a.m. Mike & Mike, hosted by Mike Greenberg and Mike Golic, is showcasing a football-focused lineup this fall, with no fewer than three analysts joining Greenberg and Golic each weekday to discuss and analyze the 2016 NFL and college football seasons.
