ESPN Presents Pro Football Hall of Fame Enshrinement Ceremony Saturday

ESPN will present the Pro Football Hall of Fame Enshrinement Ceremony for the 23rd year, live from Canton, Ohio, on Saturday, Aug. 5, at 7 p.m. ET. NFL Live’s Trey Wingo will host the telecast with analyst Herm Edwards and senior NFL Insider Chris Mortensen, the 2016 Dick McCann Award for his “long and distinguished contribution to pro football through coverage.”  In addition, legendary ESPN NFL host Chris Berman will emcee the Enshrinement Ceremony for the 18th year. (The Ceremony will re-air in its entirety on Sunday, Aug. 6, at 5 a.m. ET on ESPN2)

Beyond the Enshrinement Ceremony, ESPN’s weekend coverage will include Jim Trotter’s SportsCenter SC Featured: Jerry Jones special on Friday, Aug. 4, at 9 p.m. – an all-access look at the Dallas Cowboys owner and 2017 Hall of Fame inductee. ESPN and ESPN2 will also air NFL’s Greatest Games and Super Bowl Highlights specials Saturday afternoon starting at 12 p.m. that showcase the legendary careers of this year’s Hall of Fame inductees. SportsCenter Live from Pro Football Hall of Fame

SportsCenter will have live segments from the Professional Football Hall of Fame beginning on today (Thursday). Dallas reporter Stefano Fusaro will provide coverage from the 2017 Hall of Fame Game – Cowboys vs. Cardinals – on Thursday night, Jim Trotter will report from the Hall of Fame induction, and SportsCenter will air video tributes for each of the inductees as well as the best from the Hall of Fame speeches.

Leading into the weekend, ESPN’s NFL Live is airing segments that reflect on the careers of some of inductees in the 2017 Pro Football Hall of Fame class. On Friday’s program, analyst Damien Woody and NFL Insider Jeff Darlington will reflect on Jason Taylor’s career. Woody played on the New York Jets with Taylor in 2010, while Darlington reported on the defensive end when he was with the Miami Dolphins.

NFL Nation reporters – including Todd Archer (Cowboys), reporting from Canton – and other ESPN.com writers will provide coverage leading up to and surrounding Pro Football Hall of Fame weekend. Highlights:
