In September 2025, Eisen returned to ESPN as The Rich Eisen Show joined ESPN+ and Disney+. The Emmy-nominated program airs live weekdays from noon-3 p.m. ET and is simulcast on ESPN Radio and SiriusXM.
Since its launch in 2014, The Rich Eisen Show has become a leading destination for sports conversation, blending insightful analysis, humor and pop culture with a wide-ranging lineup of prominent guests. The program has earned multiple Emmy nominations, and Eisen was named Network/Syndicated Personality of the Year at the 2023 Marconi Radio Awards.
The show has welcomed some of the biggest names in sports, including Tom Brady, Patrick Mahomes, Travis Kelce and Deion Sanders, as well as entertainment icons Robert De Niro, Jerry Seinfeld, Jodie Foster, Larry David, Matthew McConaughey, Paul Rudd and Morgan Freeman.
Eisen began his national broadcasting career at ESPN in 1993 as a SportsCenter anchor before joining NFL Network in 2003. Now in his 22nd season with the network, he serves as its signature host, anchoring the Sunday morning pregame show NFL GameDay Morning and leading coverage of the NFL Draft, NFL Scouting Combine and Super Bowl. He also serves as master of ceremonies for the Pro Football Hall of Fame Enshrinement Ceremony.
In addition, Eisen handles play-by-play duties for NFL International Games on NFL Network. He also became the first play-by-play voice for YouTube’s coverage of the National Football League, calling the Kansas City Chiefs-Los Angeles Chargers matchup in São Paulo, Brazil.
Beyond broadcasting, Eisen is a longtime supporter of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. His annual “Run Rich Run” campaign has raised more than $8 million for the organization. His charitable efforts were recognized with the Pat Summerall Award at the Legends for Charity Dinner during Super Bowl LI in Houston.
Eisen is a graduate of the University of Michigan and earned a master’s degree in broadcast journalism from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism. He resides in Los Angeles with his wife and family.
