- ACC Huddle to originate from Stanford, Cal and Florida State Friday-Monday

ACC Network’s signature football studio show, ACC Huddle, goes coast-to-coast for Week 1 of the college football season, originating live from three ACC campuses in four days over Labor Day Weekend. The show travels from Stanford to Cal before heading across the country to Florida State for Monday night’s matchup between No. 19 SMU and the Seminoles.
The full ACC Huddle team of host Taylor Tannebaum alongside analysts Jimbo Fisher, Eric Mac Lain and Eddie Royal returns to deliver live studio coverage from Palo Alto and Berkeley, California, and Tallahassee, Florida, bringing fans closer to the sights, sounds and traditions that make ACC football unique.
Special guests on Friday ahead of No. 7 Miami at Stanford (9 p.m. ET, ESPN/ACCN) include legendary Stanford quarterback and current GM Andrew Luck, ACC Commissioner Jim Phillips, Ph.D., and Bay Area rap icon E-40. The Huddle crew will return with postgame coverage live from the Stanford Stadium set.
The crew will then travel 40 miles north for a two-hour ACC Huddle live from Memorial Glade on the Berkeley campus ahead of UCLA at Cal (10:30 p.m., ESPN). Cal GM Ron Rivera is set to join the set live, while Louisville head coach Jeff Brohm will also appear on the show ahead of the Cardinals’ Top 25 matchup vs. Ole Miss on Sunday. Live halftime, wrap and postgame coverage will continue throughout the day from ACCN’s Bristol studio featuring hosts Kelsey Riggs Cuff and Matt Schick alongside analysts Steve Addazio, Nate Peterman, Mark Richt and Bryce Love.
Sunday features live ACC Huddle pregame and postgame coverage surrounding No. 24 Louisville vs. No. 9 Ole Miss (7:30 p.m., ABC), with Cuff and Addazio anchoring from Bristol.
On Monday, ACC Huddle, with Florida State alum Tannebaum, FSU national championship-winning head coach Fisher, Mac Lain and Royal, returns for a special one-hour show (6 p.m., ACCN) from Heritage Fountain on Florida State’s campus. FSU head coach Mike Norvell will join the show for a live interview from the field during pregame warmups.
Coverage then shifts inside Doak Campbell Stadium for immediate pregame analysis on College Football Countdown (7 p.m., ESPN/ACCN), with ESPN analyst, former Huddle analyst and Florida State legend EJ Manuel joining the Huddle team. Tannebaum, Fisher, Mac Lain, Royal and Manuel will also provide halftime coverage on ESPN, with the Huddle team returning for postgame coverage live from inside the stadium on ACC Huddle Final Score.

- JUST LET IT LOOSE – For Cal QB Jaron-Keawe Sagapolutele, that phrase is a mantra for his play on the field. Hailing from Ewa Beach, Hawaii, JKS may solidify himself as the next great quarterback from the Pacific Islands. Growing up, he trained alongside former and current college stars like Tua Tagovailoa and Jayden Maiava. That’s why when new Cal head coach Tosh Lupoi was hired, his first task was to fly to Hawaii and personally meet with JKS to ensure he remained with the Golden Bears. - ETHAN PRITCHARD – A year ago, in front of a packed crowd at Doak Campbell Stadium, Florida State defeated Alabama 31-17. Even though freshman linebacker Ethan Pritchard didn’t play in the game, it was a sign of things to come for a burgeoning star on the FSU defense. But a day later, while home celebrating the win with family in his hometown of Havana, Florida, life changed. While driving with his aunt and niece, Pritchard’s car was assaulted with bullets, one of which hit him in the head. What ensued was a miraculous attempt to save his life and his future in football. Six Games on ACCN in Week 1
ACCN’s Week 1 college football slate begins with Wake Forest hosting Akron (7 p.m.) on Thursday, Sept. 3, with Matt Schick, Forrest Conoly and Ashley Stroehlein on the call. ACCN will then offer a Command Center alternate telecast of No. 7 Miami at Stanford (9 p.m., ACCN) on Friday night.
Saturday’s tripleheader features Syracuse hosting New Hampshire (noon, ACCN) with the new-look ACCN booth of Roxy Bernstein, Dave Clawson and Madison Hock calling the action, followed by Duke hosting Tulane (3:30 p.m., ACCN) with Jorge Sedano, Rodney McLeod and Ashley Stroehlein on-site in Durham. The new ACC Primetime Football announce team of Wes Durham, Max Browne and Madison Fitzpatrick will call VMI at Virginia Tech in first-year head coach James Franklin’s Blacksburg debut (7:30 p.m., ACCN).
On Monday, Command Center returns for No. 19 SMU at Florida State (7:30 p.m., ACCN).

ACCN is debuting an expanded football season programming lineup with the addition of ACC Today, the SiriusXM show featuring ESPN and ACCN voices Wes Durham, Roddy Jones, EJ Manuel and Eric Mac Lain. The show will air on ACCN Mondays and Thursdays from 10 a.m. – noon ET throughout the football season.
ACCN also welcomes two new studio analysts to its football roster this season. Former Pitt quarterback Nate Peterman and former North Carolina wide receiver JJ Jones join ACC Network for their first seasons as college football analysts.
