
ESPN Digital & Social had its best month ever in June with 229.4 million unique users in the U.S. Sports Category, up 18% YoY according to recently released Comscore data. ESPN previous all-time high was 228.6 million in November 2025. ESPN Digital and Social reached 84% of U.S. adults across digital, YouTube and social media platforms in June.
- With the World Cup providing a boost across top sports media properties in June, the ESPN App remained No. 1 in the Mobile Sports App category reaching 29.5 million unique users, up 15% YoY, more than the next 8 non-ESPN apps combined and nearly four times its closest competitor, Fox Sports.
- ESPN Social had 875 million engagements in June, up 40% YoY, and the most-engaged post across ESPN’s X account drove 6.3 million views, 362,000 likes and more than 22,000 reposts.
- The @ESPNFC social accounts generated 146 million engagements in June, 50% more than @FoxSoccer.
- The ESPN Fantasy App was also No. 1 among fantasy sports apps in June with more than 3.0 million unique users, up 14% YoY.
- ESPN.com was No. 1 across the web in June with 64.6 million unique visitors, up 25% YoY.
