Carrie Brzezinski-Hsu is Head of Disney Creative Execution & ESPN Creative Studio. ESPN Creative Studio is a centralized dynamic collective of creative capabilities and storytellers unified to captivate audiences and advertisers. Through design, animation, edit, music, creative production, visual journalism, photography, multi-platform commercial campaigns and branded content. This one-stop creative shop for internal and external partners offers a full suite of capabilities with an expert lens on the ESPN brand and takes sports from game to experience. Carrie’s role has expanded to work with partners to build a similar team across the Disney enterprise by combining creative execution functions across Disney Experiences, Studios, TV/Streaming and Sports.

Brzezinski-Hsu joined ESPN in 2008 as Senior Director, CreativeWorks, and was promoted to Vice President in 2013. She assumed leadership of ESPN Creative Studio in 2020.

In 2026, Brzezinski-Hsu added responsibilities as Head of Disney Creative Execution, leading Disney’s new creative production ecosystem designed to unify Disney’s cross-segment creative agencies.

Brzezinski-Hsu has been recognized on the Adweek Creative 100 list and as a Sports Business Journal Game Changer. She serves on the University of Michigan Sport Management Advisory Board to advise the program’s faculty, provide input on curriculum, guest lecture, and mentor students to become future sports industry professionals.

Prior to ESPN, Brzezinski-Hsu spent a career making ad creative and break-through content integrations at media companies: MAXIM, Blender, USA TODAY, Hachette Filipacchi Media, and DoubleClick.  Her goal has always been to connect brands with the fans of the content they are consuming.

A native of Michigan, Brzezinski holds a bachelor’s degree in Literature, Science and the Arts from the University of Michigan, where she majored in organizational studies with a focus in advertising and marketing.
