Erin Teague

Erin Teague is Executive Vice President of Product Management for Disney Entertainment and ESPN, where she leads product strategy and development across a dynamic portfolio of products that includes streaming, sports, news, and more.
In this role, she brings a distinctive combination of product management leadership combined with a software engineering foundation, and industry experience across entertainment, sports, financial services, artificial intelligence, and more.
Teague joined Disney in 2025. Prior to Disney, she served as Chief Product Officer at Character.ai, where she led the company’s product management, design, data science, community, and growth marketing teams for AI-driven consumer experiences. She previously held a series of influential leadership roles at Google and YouTube, working on flagship products such as Search, Ads, Maps, Gemini, Assistant, Shopping, and Payments. At YouTube, she was Senior Director & Global Head of Sports, Movies, and Shows Product Management, where she shaped YouTube’s sports strategy and led the development of the YouTube VR app.
While at YouTube, Teague also founded the company’s Racial Justice, Equity, and Product Inclusion initiative, and she is on the board of Black Product Managers and is passionately involved in organizations like Women in Product and Village Global.
Teague began her career as a Software Engineer at Morgan Stanley, developing algorithms for electronic trading systems, and transitioned into product management, later holding leadership roles at Yahoo, Twitter, and Path.
She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BSE in Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan, graduating with honors as an Intel Scholar.
