Gymnastics Analyst

Three-time SEC Champion Kennedy Baker joined ESPN as a collegiate gymnastics analyst beginning in the 2023-24 season, primarily calling meets on SEC Network. She also made her NCAA Championship announcing debut with the “Stream Team” in Fort Worth – contributing commentary for the apparatus streams on ESPN+.

Baker was a six-time NCAA All-American for the Florida Gators from 2015-18, having garnered SEC Freshman of the Year honors in 2015. The Dallas, Texas native earned all-SEC recognition in 2015, 2016 and 2017 and was named to the SEC Academic Honor Roll as a senior following a collegiate career-ending Achilles injury. The recipient of three perfect 10.0s on the floor exercise, Baker was one of the first NCAA gymnasts to complete a full-twisting double layout on floor. The Gator standout captured the 2016 all-around and vault titles at the SEC Championship and the conference’s 2017 floor exercise crown. Before her time in Gainesville, Baker twice competed as a member of the U.S. Senior National Team and finished in the top 10 in the all-around and floor exercise at the 2012 U.S. Olympic Trials. She won bronze in the beam at the 2013 U.S. Championships.
