A seasoned executive, Lauren Bork serves as the Vice President of Product Marketing & Subscriber Strategy at ESPN, a role she has held since May 2024. In this capacity, she leads the development and execution of strategic initiatives designed to drive subscriber growth, engagement and retention across ESPN’s extensive portfolio, including direct-to-consumer (DTC) offerings and industry-leading ESPN+.
With over 16 years at The Walt Disney Company, Bork has built a distinguished career in digital-first roles. Most recently, she spent five years focusing on DTC growth and ESPN+, previously serving as Vice President of Platform Acquisition & Fan Engagement. Her prior leadership roles include Vice President of New Media Marketing & Sales Integration at Marvel, Director of Brand Strategy & Sales Integration at ABC News, and Director of Sports Marketing at ESPN. Across these positions, Bork showcased her commitment to innovation, fan engagement, and ability to deliver measurable business results.
Her career reflects a deep expertise in connecting audiences with compelling content, and she continues to shape ESPN’s digital ecosystem through creative storytelling and data-driven strategies.
