Liz Loza is a fantasy & sports betting writer for ESPN, where she primarily covers the NFL and the WNBA. She also contributes to ESPN’s betting and Formula 1 racing coverage. 

After spending the first seven years of her career at Yahoo Fantasy, Loza arrived at ESPN in 2022. A cast member of Fantasy Football Now and Fantasy Focus; Liz additionally hosts The Facts vs Feelings podcast and regularly appears on SportsCenter. She is best known for her signature column – “Facts vs Feelings” – which was honored by the Fantasy Sports Writers Association (FSWA) as the Best Football Ongoing Series in its debut season (2023).

An FSWA Hall of Fame inductee (2026) and Fantasy Cares board member, Loza has been featured on CNN and profiled by The New York Times. She is a graduate of Brown University and currently resides in Los Angeles.
