NFL Nation Reporter: Atlanta Falcons

Marc Raimondi is a journalist covering the Atlanta Falcons as part of ESPN’s NFL Nation team. His work has appeared across multiple ESPN platforms, including ESPN.com, television and radio. Raimondi began covering the Falcons in 2024, his first NFL role with ESPN.

Before joining the NFL Nation team, Raimondi was a staff writer and insider with ESPN’s combat sports team for five years, covering the UFC, as well as boxing and professional wrestling. Raimondi is a former World MMA Awards Journalist of the Year nominee and was part of the founding executive board of the MMA Journalists Association.

Prior to ESPN, Raimondi worked for Vox Media’s MMAFighting.com for five years, most recently as the site’s deputy managing editor. He began covering MMA full-time in 2013 for Fox Sports. Prior to that, Raimondi spent four years with the New York Post in a variety of roles, from covering high-school and college sports to high-school sports editor to associate online sports editor to general assignment duties, including coverage of the NFL, NBA and MLB.

Raimondi, a graduate of St. John’s University in his native Queens, New York, has also covered the New York Giants, New York Mets and college sports for SNY, as well as worked as a reporter for Newsday and USA Today, covering MLB, NFL, NBA, NHL and college basketball.
