Gymnastics Analyst
Former University of Florida standout Trinity Thomas joined ESPN as a collegiate gymnastics analyst in early 2025. One of the most decorated collegiate gymnasts of all time, Thomas owns the NCAA career record with 28 perfect 10.0s and five Gym Slams. She is Florida’s all-time leader for event (142) and all-around (30) wins. A two-time Honda Award winner (2022, 2023), she was a three-time SEC Gymnast of the Year in 2020, 2022 and 2023, and the 2022 NCAA All-Around, Uneven Bars and Floor Exercise Champion. In 2023, Thomas was honored as the SEC Female Athlete of the Year.
An 11-time NCAA All-American, Thomas was a member of the U.S. Senior National Team prior to and during her time with the Gators, winning the 2017 Jesolo Trophy and the 2018 Senior Pan Am Championships gold medal, as well as taking silver individually in the all-around and uneven bars at Pan Ams.
A York, Pa. native, Thomas still resides in Gainesville, Fla., having graduated with honors from UF and receiving two master’s degrees. She plans to pursue her nursing degree at UF in 2025.
