Little League World Series and College Football added to ESPN 3D lineup

The 2012 Little League World Series presented by Kellogg’s Frosted Flakes and 14 regular-season college football games have been added to ESPN 3D’s schedule. The Little League World Series in Williamsport, Pa., begins Thursday, August 16, and 22 of the tournament games including the International Championship and US Championship on Saturday, Aug, 25, and the Consolation and Championship games on Sunday, Aug. 26, will be available on ESPN 3D.
ESPN 3D will also televise college football games that air on ESPN Saturdays at noon ET, beginning Saturday, Sept. 1, with Ohio at Penn State, where Bill O’Brien will make his first appearance as head coach for PSU, and Saturday, Sept. 8 with Auburn at Mississippi State.
