  • Consecutive Home Games vs. UTEP and Iowa State

Longhorn Network, the 24-hour network devoted to the University of Texas, will televise consecutive Texas football home games this season.  The two-game slate consists of an intrastate matchup vs. the University of Texas at El Paso on Saturday, Sept. 10, at 6 p.m. CT and a Big 12 conference game against Iowa State on Saturday, Oct. 15, with a kick off time to be determined at a later date. The two telecasts represent the 13th and 14th Texas football games to air on the network since it launched in 2011.

Longhorn Network’s Texas football telecasts will once again be supplemented by Texas GameDay, a two-hour pregame show, and Texas GameDay Final, an hour long post game show. Further details on both the game telecast and the pre-and post-game coverage will be announced at a later date.
