ABC, ESPN and ESPN2 will once again combine to present all 32 games at the 71st Little League World Series presented by Dick’s Sporting Goods from Williamsport Pa., August 17-27. ABC will showcase five games throughout the tournament including the International Championship and United States Championship on Aug. 26, and the Little League Baseball World Series Championship on Aug. 27. ESPN and ESPN2 will televise 27 games beginning Aug. 17 including the Third Place Game on Sunday, Aug. 27. All coverage of the Little League World Series is also available streaming on the ESPN App.

Commentators

Karl Ravech, Dave Flemming and Adnan Virk will lead ESPN’s play-by-play coverage of the Little League World Series from Williamsport, with a rotating team of analysts including Aaron Boone, Kyle Peterson, Jessica Mendoza and Tim Kurkjian and on-field reporters Julie Foudy and Sebastian Salazar. ESPN analyst, MLB World Series Champion and former Little League layer David Ross will also be in the booth for the night games on Aug. 21 and Aug. 22.

ESPN International will televise select Little League World Series games from Williamsport throughout Latin America, the Caribbean and the Pacific Rim. Games airing in Latin America will be voiced in Spanish by Eduardo Varela, Pablo Viruega, Michele LaFountain, Roger Valdivieso, Guillermo Celis, Fernando Álvarez, Jorge Eduardo Sánchez, Eitan Benezra and Roberto Abramowitz.

MLB Little League Classic

Mendoza will join the recurring team of Ravech, Boone and Foudy for the Little League World Series games on Aug. 18-20 leading up to the MLB Little League Classic, from the renovated BB&T Ballpark at Historic Bowman Field, on Sunday, Aug. 20 at 7 p.m. ET on ESPN. The MLB Little League Classic will feature the St. Louis Cardinals against the Pittsburgh Pirates in a special regular-season game, which will celebrate youth baseball and support MLB’s PLAY BALL initiative.

Mendoza and Boone will return to the Sunday Night Baseball presented by Taco Bell booth for the MLB Little League Classic that night with play-by-play commentator Dan Shulman. Kurkjian will be reporting from the field.

Baseball Tonight

ESPN’s Baseball Tonight presented by Oscar Mayer will be on site at the Little League World Series and MLB Little League Classic in Williamsport with 10 shows across ESPN and ESPN2 starting Aug. 18 at 10 a.m. through Aug. 24 at 7 p.m. Virk and Ravech will host Baseball Tonight throughout the Little League World Series and the MLB Little League Classic. They will be joined by a rotating cast including Mendoza, Ross, Kurkjian and additional Little League and MLB guests.

Ravech, Foudy, Boone and Peterson will recap all the excitement and storylines from Williamsport and look ahead to the championship game with the Little League World Series Web Gems and World Series Preview on Aug. 27 at 12:30 p.m. on ESPN.

*The telecast will include segments from both the Little League World Series set and the MLB Little League Classic set.

Coley Harvey will be reporting from Williamsport for SportsCenter on Sunday, Aug. 20. Updates will also air on SportsCenter throughout the tournament.

• ESPN Films’ “World Beaters”, about last year’s Little League World Series Champions Maine-Endwell, will re-air Sunday, Aug. 20 at 12 p.m. on ABC.
• On Aug. 18, during the 8 p.m. game telecast, ESPN will showcase the band AJR performing two hit songs live;
• MLB players scheduled to join the booth during Little League World Series telecasts from Williamsport;
