On ESPN’s Thanksgiving Eve blockbuster doubleheader, six-time NBA All-Star Anthony Davis returns to New Orleans for the first time since being traded to the Los Angeles Lakers. Davis makes his return to the Smoothie King Center in the 9:30 p.m. ET nightcap, as the New Orleans Pelicans host the Los Angeles Lakers. Play-by-play commentator Mark Jones, analysts Jeff Van Gundy and Mark Jackson, and reporter Jorge Sedano will be courtside to call the action. The NBA Wednesday doubleheader tips off at 7 p.m. in Boston, exclusively on ESPN, when the Celtics host the Brooklyn Nets. Play-by-play commentator Mike Breen will call the action with analyst Doris Burke and reporter Israel Gutierrez.
Hoop Streams, ESPN’s innovative, on-site digital pregame show, will be live from TD Garden at 6:30 p.m., ahead of the Brooklyn Nets vs. Boston Celtics matchup, with host Cassidy Hubbarth, analyst and former Celtic Kendrick Perkins, and commentator Gary Striewski.
