ESPN exclusively presents the 2026 US Open in its entirety beginning Sunday, Aug. 30, with daily coverage of all 16 courts across ESPN, ESPN2, ESPN Deportes (Spanish) and streaming on the ESPN App for ESPN Unlimited plan subscribers. All Disney+ subscribers can access select Day 1 action directly within the app as part of their existing subscription. 

For the first time in ESPN tennis coverage, RedZone is coming to the US Open from Sunday, August 30, through Friday, Sept. 4, streaming on the ESPN App for ESPN Unlimited plan subscribers from 11 a.m. ET to 6 p.m. Inspired by the NFL’s popular whip-around viewing experience, RedZone at the US Open is fast-paced, point-to-point coverage from the Fountain Plaza set that will take fans across all 16 courts of the action-packed early rounds.

With Rece Davis hosting, ABC will broadcast all three Sundays including: US Open first round coverage on Sunday, Aug. 30; Round of 16 on Sunday, Sept. 6; and the Men’s Championship Preview and Championship on Sunday, Sept. 13.

Malika Andrews and Katie George will host on-site coverage throughout the tournament. US Open Match Point airs for the first nine days, providing analysis and discussion from ESPN’s on-air tennis team, as well as a look at any outer court matches still in play.

Coverage culminates with the Women’s Championship, Saturday, Sept. 12, at 4 p.m. on ESPN and ESPN Deportes, and the Men’s Championship preview on Sunday, Sept. 13, at 1 p.m. on ABC followed by the Men’s Championship at 2 p.m. on ABC and ESPN Deportes with an encore presentation of the Men’s Championship at 9 p.m. on ESPN2.

New additions to the tennis team

Genie Bouchard joins ESPN as a tennis analyst for the 2026 US Open coverage, bringing the perspective of a former Wimbledon finalist and top five player.

Jay Alter, well-known for calling various college sports including football, basketball and lacrosse, makes his debut on the ESPN tennis team.

The ESPN Deportes Tennis Team
Juan Martin del Potrothe 2009 US Open champion and former World. No. 3, joins ESPN Deportes as a tennis analyst for the quarterfinals through the championship.

ESPN Deportes analysts including former World No. 4 Jose Luis Clerc, 2016 Roland Garros Men’s Doubles Champion Feliciano Lopez, Mónica Puig, Daniel Orsanic and play-by-play commentators Luis Alfredo Álvarez, Eduardo Varela will call matches in Spanish, with Carolina Guillén as host and Pilar Pérez and Agostina Larroca reporting.

Billy Idol with Steve Stevens and ESPN   
ESPN is collaborating with 2026 Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Inductees Billy Idol and Steve Stevens for this year’s US Open. A special US Open-themed edition of Idol’s song Hot in the City will be featured on ESPN throughout the tournament, as will his hit Dancing With Myself.

In-person interactive experience with ESPN and Disney

ESPN and Disney are bringing a touch of Disney magic to the US Open with an interactive photo booth experience available throughout the tournament. Fans can step into the booth and choose from 16 iconic Disney characters to join them on court, with Arthur Ashe Stadium serving as the backdrop. Each fan will receive both a printed photo to take home and a digital version to share with friends and across social media, creating a memorable way to celebrate the US Open through the worlds of tennis, ESPN and Disney.
